  • Free standard shipping applies only to orders of merchandise which totals $99 or more excluding taxes and after any discount coupons are applied.
  • Applies to most major Canadian delivery addresses only, and is subject to other geographical shipping restrictions that may apply.
  • Residents of Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping.
  • In store purchases do not qualify for free shipping.
  • You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible discount coupons are used bringing the total below $99 after coupon is applied.
  • You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, after the order was placed, bringing the total below $99.
  • Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be issued a refund less actual shipping charges.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.


General Shipping FAQ: 

How much will it cost to ship a product to me?
Our payment processor will automatically calculate your shipping cost based on your shipping address. Once you have chosen the product(s) you are interested in, click on the VIEW CART button. Review your order and click on Estimate Shipping & Tax  text (located under your subtotal). After you enter your shipping location, you will be presented with your shipping method options and costs.
Can I pick up my order at one of your retail locations?
Yes, see above. Instead of choosing a shipping option, you can also chose one of our locations to pick up your purchase in person, during check out. We will contact you by telephone once your order is ready for you to pick up.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Please click on the Order Status button (at the top bar above). From here you can check on the status of your order.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we ship to the USA by Canada Post. It will be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service (, or the United Parcel Service ( Please see our US Customers info page for additional information.
Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?
Please note that our small appliances are all 120 volts, and are therefore can only be used in Canada, USA, Mexico, and parts of South America. The majority of the countries in the world use 220 Volts in their homes, which are not compatible with our small appliances.
If you are interested in a non-electric product or a non-electric part for a small appliance, we will ship small parcels (under 5 kg) to Mexico, South America, Australia and Europe. Unfortunately we can not service larger orders or other countries at this time. 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try to ship your order within 1-3 days of your purchase. If there is any delay we will contact you by email or telephone. We ship the majority of our products, with a few expections (see below), by Canada Post (see above).
Following are the estimated delivery times for Canada:

Within Canada = 4-9 days
Expedited Parcel Delivery:
Within British Columbia = 2-3 days

I would like to purchase a heavy item (over 70-lbs). How will you ship it to me?
Some products such as air conditioners and massage chairs, are too large and heavy to be delivered by Canada Post. We will deliver these items to our customers by UPS or DHL freight.

Instructions for Product Returns: 

Seasonal products, including Air Conditioners, Fans, Heater, Humidifiers, and Dehumidifiers may not be refunded or exchanged.
Returning Merchandise ~ Purchased Online:
If you receive any merchandise that is damaged, defective or not as you ordered, save all packaging materials and contact our Customer Service Dept. by email, telephone, or fax within 30 days of invoice date. We do not sell merchandise on approval or have a free trial period. Any products which have been used or missing packaging may not be returned. We can not accept any item for return for any reason without a "Return Authorization" number. To obtain a number, write or call our Customer Service Dept. and explain the situation. There may be a restocking charge for Special Orders, unless we erred.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
Returning Merchandise ~ Purchased In Our Retail Stores:
We will gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange for any product you purchased in person, within 14 days of the invoice date. We do not sell merchandise on approval or have a free trial period. The product must returned in it original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories), along with the original sales receipt. Any products which have been used or missing packaging may not be returned or exchanged.
Warranty Service:
Many products are covered by a warranty from the manufacturer. Most products will come with instructions in case warranty service is required. Often you will be directed to an Authorized Service Centre. We provide warranty service to many of the brands which we carry, but if you are not in the Metro Vancouver area, there may be another service centre closer to you.
