Whether you have an issue with an item you purchased directly from us but is no longer within the manufacturer’s warranty, or a product which was bought at another store and is still under warranty, we are dedicated to helping extend your products’ lifetime. Some of the brands which we are an Authorized Service Centre for include Braun, Breville, DeLonghi, Hamilton Beach, T-Fal and Panasonic. Not sure whether we accept KitchenAid stand mixers or Cuisinart food processors? Our repair shop and technicians are located at our home branch at 245 East Pender Street, Vancouver, BC. Although, anyone a little further away may also drop off and pick up items at our Richmond and Burnaby locations.
For Those Outside Metro Vancouver
You can ship your item to us, and we will do our best to fix it and will courier it back to you afterwards. Please contact us for instructions or more information.
