Base
The brushed stainless steel base encircles a mounting post that allows the kettle to rotate 360.° Power is delivered through the mounting post, making the jug entirely cord-free when lifted from the base. The underside features wrap-around cord storage to customize cord length. |

Water Indicator
Positioned at the rear of the kettle, the water level indicator is suitable for both left and right-handed use. A blue light illuminates the gauge, which goes from 500ML (17 fl. oz.) right up to the kettle’s maximum capacity of 1700ML (54 fl. oz.). |

Lid
The transparent lid features the world’s first internal gear-dampening system. This controls the lid’s opening action and safely staggers the release of steam. The domed shape channels condensation back into the jug and opens wide for easy access. |

Auto Off
A special bi-metal sensor tracks internal temperature and automatically switches the kettle off after the water begins to boil. For further protection, a second bi-metal sensor turns off the kettle if it’s started without water in the jug. |

Element
The 1500 watt heating element is impact bonded to a flat stainless steel cover to shield it from water and maximize heat transfer. Boiling a 1/2 liter (17 fl oz.) of water takes less than a minute. The flat base ensures fast and easy cleaning inside the kettle. |

Materials
The body’s hand brushed stainless steel has been triple-pressed for a refined finish and added durability. The handle is made from Thermo-plastic Elastomer, which combines strength and a soft-touch consistency while handling. |
