Non-stick Plates The 184 sq. inch, professional-grade cooking plates are cast from aluminum and covered with commercial grade, non-stick, scratch-resistant materials. The ribbed top plate sears meats to perfection, while the flat bottom plate makes better contact for faster cooking. |

Indoor BBQ When opened out, the Grill expands into a 368 sq. inch indoor BBQ, featuring both ribbed and flat plates. The dual plate design enables you to cook everything from eggs to steak, with authentic BBQ results. Juices from both plates drain into a single drip tray. |

Grill Lock Mechanism The solid die-cast lock holds the top plate in a secure, upright position when loading and unloading the grill. Return the grill to the closed position, switch the lock to “Open Grill” and the unit conveniently folds out into a BBQ. Close the grill and it automatically resets into safe contact grill mode. |

Heat
The heat is variable from 350°F for sandwiches to 450°F for restaurant quality steaks and chicken. It’s 90 degrees hotter than regular grills, so it seals in the flavor of even the thickest meats. Built-in thermal sensors* ensure that both plates maintain precise temperatures at all times. |

Adjustable Height and Tilt
The adjustable top plate features six pre-set heights depending on the foods you choose to grill. The “Tilt” feature adjusts the angle of the grill’s lower plate. The “Angle” position is perfect for fat-free cooking, draining fat into the drip tray. “Flat” transforms it into a griddle and helps seal in juices of leaner foods. |

Control Panel The grilling process is controlled from one easily-accessible panel. On the left there’s a convenient on/off rocker switch. The first dial controls the grill angle, the second is a 15-minute timer, and the third controls the setting from 350°F to 450°F. A light indicates when the Grill has reached the required temperature. |
