We only ship small non-electric products internationally.

  8. I just placed an order and payed by credit card. The confirmation email is missing my apartment number.
If you pay by credit card, you will recieve two email confirmations.

The first will be from the credit card processor (Moneris Solutions), which does not allow for a second line on their address confirmation, so that will be missing on this email. Please be assured that if you entered any information on the second address line, we will have it on your order invoice. We do not use this address for shipping. It is only for verifying your credit card.

The second email will be from us, with a link to see your order status on our online store. Please click on this link and ensure that the shipping information (second line) is listed properly here.
